Accuracy - ensuring consistency

I next joint these and then machine them to accurate tolerances using my own shop built jigs. Jigs take a long time to make: this one took about half a day and serves two purposes: if you look closely there is a line going north/south on the right side of the image. Underneath this is a 30mm x 50mm length of wood. This is my neck joint datum line and it enables me to accurately joint the neck and body for a flush fit.
